She has a range of industry experience from small, local talent agencies to one of the world’s leading commercial airlines. In addition to reporting & data analysis, Dana has also developed skills in the areas of personnel training, client dashboard creation & maintenance, helpdesk monitoring & support, and instructional writing. Dana now serves as a Sr. Consultant for the Total Talent Management practice area at WG Consulting.

- Established cost savings and cost avoidance practices resulting in $4mil+ in combined yearly cost savings & cost avoidance.

- Designed & published training videos & SOP documentation to be used by onsite team & client users.
